Description:

This incident affected mainly printing and scanning services in the EU deployment as well as some background tasks such as report generation.
The visible effect for the end-user would have been a slower than usual processing of print and scan jobs between the times of 07:30 am UTC and 8:30 am UTC as well as between 10.30 am UTC and 11:15 am UTC.

As expected the system did scale to process the number of requests. A deeper investigation has started to identify further areas of improvement to avoid these processing delays in the future.
