We need to perform maintenance to the Singapore region deployment that unfortunately will result in a short disruption of services. To minimize the impact to our customers we will perform this work at midnight during the weekend.
During this time it is expected that the Desktop Client (SmartClient) will not register with the cloud service and general printing services will be degraded. Scanning and Mobile Print Submission will not be impacted during this period however dependent on device type retrieval will not be possible until after the outage.
Important: There will be no loss of data or currently submitted jobs still pending release.
